[Remote] Inside Sales Consultant

The Inside Sales Consultant will engage with warm leads, set appointments, and close sales through consultative selling, guiding customers through their hearing journey.

Responsibilities

You’ll spend at least 70% of your day in conversation with customers who asked to hear from you Set 4+ appointments daily Close 22+ net sales monthly through consultative selling Guide each customer through their 45-day trial and make their hearing journey smooth and positive Skills 3+ years of inside sales experience with strong closing results Strong closer who listens, consults, and earns trust fast Tech confident with CRMs, especially Salesforce Clear communicator who builds rapport quickly Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet Benefits Uncapped commission potential Work-life harmony. 8-hour shifts between 8AM – 8PM MT, with rotating weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday), 5-day workweeks.
