We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing sales and marketing organization. - reputed company candidates using job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone/video screenings
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Meet weekly recruiting activity and hiring goals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
