Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Must be based in FL, GA, NC or SC)
The Keller Group is supporting our growing client who is seeking a Temporary Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume hiring across multiple divisions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings innovation to talent acquisition processes and can operate as a strategic partner to the business. This role is a 6-month contract with evaluation for full-time conversion based on hiring volume Location : This is a remote role but candidates must be based in EST in either Florida, Georgia, North Carolina or South Carolina. Only candidates based in these states will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across mortgage, title, insurance services, and joint venture builder partner roles
- Partner closely with business leaders and People Operations to understand hiring needs and workforce planning priorities
- Drive end-to-end recruiting strategy during a period of rapid organizational growth and post-acquisition expansion
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in mortgage and financial services markets
- Leverage data, metrics, and reporting to measure recruiting effectiveness and optimize hiring outcomes
- Introduce automation, AI tools, and process improvements to increase efficiency and scale recruiting operations
- Build and enhance employer branding strategies to support talent attraction in competitive markets
- Standardize recruiting workflows, interview processes, and feedback loops across multiple business units
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders, not just an executional recruiter
Qualifications
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Background in financial services, mortgage, title, insurance or related industries preferred
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments with fast hiring timelines
- Strong ability to ramp quickly in new or unfamiliar industries if not previously in mortgage/financial services
- Experience recruiting for operational roles such as underwriters, loan officers, loan processors or similar roles is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to drive recruiting decisions and improve outcomes
- Experience implementing recruiting process improvements, automation, or AI-enabled sourcing tools preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior business leaders
- Self-starter mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
