[Remote] Infrastructure Program Manager

Dice is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale infrastructure initiatives across enterprise environments. This role involves overseeing multiple infrastructure projects related to cloud, data center, networking, security, and platform modernization, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise infrastructure programs from initiation through implementation
- Manage multiple concurrent projects involving cloud migration, data center transformation, networking, security, and platform upgrades
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Application, and Business teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports
- Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive governance meetings, executive status reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and change management processes
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party deliverables
- Track project milestones, KPIs, budgets, and resource utilization
- Support infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption and automation
- Facilitate infrastructure cutovers, migrations, and production deployments with minimal business impact
Skills
- 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years as an Infrastructure Program/Project Manager
- Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects
- Experience with: Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), Data Center Migration, Network Infrastructure, Windows/Linux Server Infrastructure, Virtualization (VMware), Storage & Backup, Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure Security
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar PM tools
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification
- Experience leading cloud migration or infrastructure transformation programs
- Knowledge of DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
