Prequel Solutions is hiring HR Operations Process Administrators to support a high-volume HR operations function for a large retail organization. The role involves executing hiring and onboarding tasks, maintaining requisitions, and ensuring accurate administrative execution in a structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute hiring and onboarding tasks end-to-end based on established SOPs
- Create and maintain requisitions, validate postings, and run disposition rules
- Launch and track workflow tasks, reminders, and status updates
- Prepare new hire task packages and confirm prerequisite completion
- Update tickets and stakeholders using templates, macros, and defined process steps
- Support operational administrative work tied to stores and HR workflows
- Surface issues or exceptions appropriately when something is off
- Help keep high-volume work moving with speed and accuracy
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative support, HR support, operations, customer service, recruiting coordination, or similar work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow structured processes consistently
- Reliable written communication
- Comfort working in systems and handling repetitive workflow tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Weekend availability may be needed during peak periods
