[Remote] GTM Recruiter

They are seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to work with high-growth technology clients in the SaaS space, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and developing strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.)
- Partner closely with clients to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs
- Utilize sourcing tools and creative strategies to find and engage top talent
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for current and future roles
- Track activity and data in Bullhorn, maintaining top-notch organization
- Develop strong client and candidate relationships based on trust, speed, and communication
- Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics
Skills
- 2-5+ years of proven recruitment agency experience, preferably in Go-to-Market roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adopt new tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, humility, empathy, and a team-first attitude
