[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SAIC is looking for outstanding IT candidates to join their Civilian Sector in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center. The Project Manager will be responsible for implementing new ServiceNow modules, enhancing functionality, and aligning configurations with the FAA’s governance frameworks while ensuring stakeholder engagement and operational integration.
Responsibilities
- Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise strategic priorities, ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and operational integration
- Mature and enhance functionality across previously implemented ServiceNow modules, driving improved workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience
- Foster platform-wide interoperability through integrations with FAA systems and data repositories, promoting a unified system-of-record across AIT and enterprise stakeholders
- Apply Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to manage ServiceNow enhancements and implementations, ensuring iterative delivery, continuous stakeholder feedback, and alignment with evolving mission and operational priorities
- Align all configurations and architectural decisions with the FAA’s digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Promote FAA business process reengineering and standardization to maximize business value from the Platform, improve service delivery efficiency, reducing technical debt and driving innovation
- Provide all required documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition artifacts and training materials to support enterprise-scale operations and adoption
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology + 7 years of progressively more responsible experience in major IT software, hardware, or integration projects, including at least four years of Project Manager experience; Additional experience will be reviewed in lieu of a degree
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Experience managing projects utilizing the PMI framework
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust, citizenship required
- PMP Certification
- ServiceNow certifications
- Scrum Master/Agile experience
- Experience supporting FedRamp authorized software
- Master's degree in information technology + ten years' experience performing complex projects in IT software, hardware, or integration
