[Remote] Genesys Cloud CX Engineer

Responsibilities
- Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
- May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Works on complex projects of large scope
- Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
- Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
- Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
- Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
- May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
Skills
- 4-8 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Hands on development experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform, preferred
- Integration experience with various CRM systems (i.e. ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP CRM), preferred
- Ability to document system configuration (call flow diagrams, integrations, data actions, etc), preferred
- Troubleshooting experience to resolve issues with the Genesys Cloud platform and identity issues with upstream or downstream applications, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferred
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, preferred
- Ability to communicate well with business and technical team members, preferred
