[Remote] Founding Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UnitPulse.ai is building the AI agent layer for the rental housing industry. They are seeking a Founding Account Executive to help build the sales engine from the ground up, focusing on identifying target accounts, running outbound campaigns, and closing new customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Research and identify high-value accounts in multifamily, student housing, and rental housing
- Use AI tools to improve prospecting, account research, messaging, and follow-up
- Run outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels
- Book and lead meetings with property owners, operators, executives, and investors
- Deliver product demos and communicate clear business value
- Build proposals, manage follow-ups, and help close new customers
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts
- Work directly with founders, product, and marketing to refine GTM strategy
- Turn customer conversations into product and market insights
- Help build a repeatable sales playbook from zero to one
Skills
- Excited about AI and how it will transform real-world industries
- Hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable figuring things out independently
- Strong communicator who can build trust with customers
- Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Willing to do hands-on outbound sales and learn quickly from the market
- Comfortable working on-site in Los Angeles and collaborating closely with the founding team
