[Remote] Finance Manager

They are seeking a Finance Manager to manage vendor records, assist with accounts payable, and support financial operations and compliance efforts.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain vendor records within BILL and accounting systems
- Coordinate invoice collection, coding, approvals, and payment processing
- Work with staff and vendors to resolve accounts payable issues
- Prepare and review weekly accounts payable reports and assist with issue resolution
- Support the CFO with financial systems, internal controls, reporting, and special projects
- Assist with the preparation of weekly cash flow projection reports
- Monitor expected cash receipts and reimbursement timing
- Coordinate with project managers regarding anticipated funding and spending activity
- Support annual review and maintenance of financial and procurement policies
- Maintain finance policy and procedure documentation
Skills
- Passionate about the non-profit space
- Experience in creating and maintaining vendor records within BILL and accounting systems
- Ability to coordinate invoice collection, coding, approvals, and payment processing
- Experience working with staff and vendors to resolve accounts payable issues
- Ability to prepare and review weekly accounts payable reports and assist with issue resolution
- Support experience with financial systems, internal controls, reporting, and special projects
- Experience assisting with the preparation of weekly cash flow projection reports
