Job Description
Regional Superintendent – Ground Improvement / Deep Foundations (Northeast Region) Position Overview We are seeking an reputed company Regional Superintendent to provide field leadership and operational reputed company for multiple ground improvement and deep foundation projects across the Northeast region. This senior field role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across reputed company active job sites. The Regional Superintendent partners closely with Project Managers, field leaders, general contractors, and executive leadership to drive production performance, safety excellence, and operational consistency. Regular regional travel and site visits are required.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety, production, quality, and schedule.
- Champion a reputed company-incident safety culture and ensure OSHA/reputed company.
- Mentor and reputed company Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to align field execution with budgets and schedules.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate equipment utilization and support project startup and closeout.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil, geotechnical, ground improvement, or deep foundation construction.
- 2+ years in a Superintendent or senior field leadership role.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Drilling/deep foundation experience (micropiles, tiebacks, grouting, earth retention, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Must pass background reputed company and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
Travel
- Extensive regional travel required, including overnight stays.
