[Remote] Field Financial Services Global Account Manager

The Field Global Account Manager will drive sales across Lenovo's commercial products and solutions for key global accounts in the Financial Services sector, emphasizing Infrastructure Solutions and client retention and development.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end responsibility for driving sales across all Lenovo commercial products and solutions to key retention and development Financial Services (and potentially Life Sciences) global accounts
- Emphasis on uncovering and closing Infrastructure Solutions opportunities, e.g., server, storage, software, TruScale Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Managed Services, AI Services
- Drive not only revenue, but profit as well to position our company for continued growth and success
- Champion the innovative power of our products to make our global accounts customers more productive, collaborative, and transformative
- Understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-winning products, particularly our Infrastructure Solutions Group solutions, and develop strategies to help existing global account customers find and implement the best solutions
- Client-facing, retention and development focused sales role that requires deep financial services industry experience
- Ability to identify, cultivate, and close new lines of business within existing customer accounts as well as uncover and close net new business
- Develop strategies for profit and pricing proposals
- Communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective roll-out
- Engaged with extended worldwide teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition plans, and resource planning
Skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional sales work experience
- 7+ years of successful Enterprise technology sales is required
- The candidate will have extensive large enterprise and Server-Storage-Networking sales experience in the Financial Services vertical
- Executive relationship within Financial Services account set
- Proven track record selling in the Financial Services vertical is required
- Demonstrated track record of top performance with multi-million dollar quotas
- Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to global accounts
- Ability to travel to any or all customer sites when appropriate
- CRM/Dynamics experience
- Proven record of forecasting
- Executive relationship within Life Sciences account set
