[Remote] Event Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Monarch is a company focused on transforming women's healthcare through personalized care and deeper physician-patient relationships. The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing events that drive physician engagement and brand awareness, ensuring that these events are strategically aligned with the company's goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the Event Portfolio
- Plan, execute, and follow up on Monarch's full event calendar, including national conferences, medical association events, field activations, and hosted experiences. Manage logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines across all programs
- Drive Physician Lead Generation Through Local Market Events
- Identify and execute market-specific events designed to connect Monarch with physicians at the local level. Think intimate dinner roundtables, targeted networking activations, and programming designed to open doors in priority markets
- Develop Audience and Promotion Strategy
- Partner with sales and marketing to identify which physicians to target, in which markets, and through which channels. Build acquisition plans and oversee the development of invitations, emails, landing pages, and follow-up sequences that bring them in
- Partner with Sales
- Serve as the connective tissue between event execution and sales follow-through. Ensure leads are captured and the sales team is set up to convert event engagement into pipeline
- Track Performance and Optimize
- Establish clear metrics for every event, including attendance, engagement, and leads generated, and use that data to make subsequent events better
- Execute with Rigor
- Own the operational details across multiple simultaneous programs so nothing falls through the cracks, including shipping, vendor contracts, staffing, on-site execution, materials development, etc
Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing, with meaningful exposure to events, field marketing, or demand generation
- Proven track record driving physician, professional, or B2B audience attendance and pipeline through events
- Strong writing skills—able to develop clear, compelling messaging for a professional audience
- Demonstrated ability to manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships end-to-end
- Comfortable owning outcomes independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
- Strong collaborator who works fluidly across sales, marketing, and external partners
- Willing and able to travel approximately 25–30% of the time
- A passion for improving how women experience healthcare
- Experience in healthcare
- Background in women's health, OB/GYN, or concierge/membership medicine
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline tracking
