[Remote] Equipment Finance Relationship Manager

Jupiter Equipment Finance is seeking an Equipment Finance Relationship Manager to drive revenue growth by managing a book of business and prospecting for commercial equipment dealers/vendors and business owners nationwide. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and promote financing options while consistently meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Strive to provide an exceptional customer experience throughout all interactions
- Meet and exceed monthly quota goals consistently to contribute to overall team success
- Actively develop new business opportunities and maintain and nurture existing business relationships
- Utilize networking, research, and outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads
- Input and maintain accurate data in Salesforce for effective account management
- Prepare and present tailored financing solutions to a diverse vendor and customer/end-user base
- Conduct 40 calls daily, maintaining an active and aggressive outreach program
- Prepare quotes and skillfully negotiate financing options when appropriate
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all product offerings and effectively communicate the benefits of financial products
- Maintain high levels of communication with Vendors, Customers, and Credit and Funding teams to ensure all items required to complete the transaction are understood by the customer, completed correctly, and received promptly
- Review credit approvals and assist with training customers on what is required to receive faster approvals
- Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices
Skills
- Without a bachelor's degree, a High School Diploma or GED, and three (3) years of experience in commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related inside sales will be considered
- 2+ years of successful sales experience, specifically in originating equipment finance transactions or comparable experience at an F&I Department of an equipment dealer or the equipment finance department of a specialty lender or bank
- Provide details and substantiate revenue numbers over the past 12 months
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to learn additional systems as required
- Ability to research, analyze data, and draw conclusions
- Well-developed negotiation, consultative sales, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to different audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
