[Remote] Account Executive

Vyne is a healthcare technology company connecting providers, payers, and patients through secure health information exchange and intelligent communication management. They are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join their sales team, responsible for building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Vyne Dental's client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Vyne Dental's products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School/Technical Degree/Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience
- 2-4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental, Saas, or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Business Suite
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Knowledge of the dental industry and revenue cycle management
