[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tithe.ly is a fully remote tech company dedicated to serving over 50,000 churches worldwide. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be the primary contact for enterprise churches, guiding them in utilizing Tithely Giving to enhance their ministry through online giving.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for enterprise churches, from first contact to signed agreement
- Build trust-based relationships with church leaders to guide them toward long-term digital giving solutions
- Deliver compelling Tithely Giving demos that showcase how our tools strengthen generosity and simplify giving
- Maintain consistent and timely follow-up to accelerate deal velocity and maximize close rates
- Leverage our CRM to maintain visibility into pipeline health, track all communication, and report on key performance metrics
- Ensure a seamless customer journey by coordinating with Customer Experience for smooth handoff and onboarding
- Represent Tithely’s mission at occasional in-person meetings or ministry events (1–2 times per month) to deepen relationships and stay close to the needs of the Church
- Efficiently and effectively hand-off enterprise clients to their dedicated enterprise CX contact once the online giving solution is fully operational
- Represent Tithely at in-person meetings or ministry events (1–2 times per month, as needed) to build new and deepen existing relationships
Skills
- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles, engaging executive stakeholders, and consistently closing high-value deals
- Deep familiarity with faith-based organizations and the unique needs of church leadership and operations
- Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Mac OS, with the agility to learn new tools quickly
- Communicate Effectively by attentively listening to others, and can adjust to fit the audience and the message
- Build Networks by effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization
- Drive Results by persisting in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks
- Have Situational Adaptability by understanding that different situations may call for different approaches
- Be a Nimble Learner that extracts lessons learned from failures and mistakes
- Familiar with Tithely's product ecosystem, especially Giving
- Previous experience working with churches or other faith based organizations
- Experience selling to churches, ministries, or other faith-based organizations, with an understanding of the unique needs and decision-making processes of mission-driven organizations
