[Remote] Sr. Human Resources Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aramark is a global leader in food and facilities services, and they are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to provide leadership and generalist support across multiple accounts in the Midwest Region. This role involves strategic consultation with leadership to build and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary HR business partner for multiple districts of Aramark Collegiate Hospitality- including several District Managers and their leadership teams
- Partner with leaders and teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions and drive results/impact. Serve as trusted advisor
- Coach and advise leaders on people strategy (Organization Design, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement)
- Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to performance management, talent acquisition, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc
- Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies focused on driving employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract, on board, develop and retain the talent needed to meet business needs
- Support Aramark growth, acquisitions, and retention efforts, building and implementing effective people strategies and lead new account mobilizations
- Support enterprise diversity and inclusion initiatives through partnership with business leaders to develop inclusive and cohesive teams
- Drive adherence to compliance of policies and procedures
- Lead HR teams in assigned districts and region, collaborating on region-wide initiatives/projects as assigned
Skills
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist role, with strong organization capability/organization development, change management and talent management experience
- Experience in using HR technology and analytics
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD or related business field
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale teams in multiple geographies
- Proven ability to partner, communicate and consult with senior-level leadership routinely and effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) a plus
- Master's degree preferred
