[Remote] Education Program Coordinator Senior
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Senior Education Program Coordinator supports the Customer Experience Center Training Team by coordinating training classes, onboarding activities, and providing essential administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training classes for new and existing care team members
- Track attendance and support training program administration
- Build onboarding and precepting schedules for new hires
- Complete follow-up activities related to training and learning initiatives
- Collaborate with leaders, trainers, and team members to ensure a successful learning experience
- Provides data management support for core learning and development initiatives which includes course registration, data entry management, basic offering set-up and standard reporting
- Utilizes Microsoft Office applications to create databases, templates and documents that support operational needs of the department
- Tracks program attendance and routinely reports progress to site manager and other site leaders as designated
- Provides administrative support to department staff at the site which includes supporting communication plans for selected programs, the design of program materials, the design of major presentation documents, manages documents related to assigned programs and meeting for the department and provides support for instructional software
- Orders and manages supplies for the department and for specific programs
- Provides logistical support for programs and events at the site
- Manages program and event schedules
- Provides facility management around room procurement, room set-up and takedown
- Supports core equipment management (i.e. audio visual equipment or BLS equipment)
- Acts as point person and expert for site learning management system functions including registration, data entry, basic offering set-up and standard reporting
- Provides basic training and troubleshooting for other learning management system users at the local site
- Participates in ongoing learning management system training and user groups
- Supports communication around learning management system issues and updates to the site
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Associate's or Vocational degree in education or related area of study
- 2 to 5 years of program coordination and administrative support experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office and basic databases
- 0 to 2 years of experience in the health care industry
