[Remote] Director of Experimentation Analytics

The Director of Experimentation Analytics will lead enterprise experimentation initiatives to support growth and optimization objectives, manage a team, and ensure effective execution of high-impact programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Experimentation Analytics team
- Define experimentation strategy aligned to business and growth objectives
- Set direction and priorities for customer behavior and sentiment analysis across functions, using Empower data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Oversee complex, cross-functional experimentation initiatives with broad impact
- Ensure experimentation methodologies are applied consistently and effectively
- Serve as a senior advisor to business leaders on experimentation design, insights, and trade-offs
- Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations for leadership
- Partner with technology, product, and marketing leaders to integrate experimentation into decision-making
- Own planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for experimentation programs
- Influence prioritization of initiatives based on expected impact and feasibility
- Represent experimentation strategy in enterprise forums and leadership discussions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
- 12+ years of experience in experimentation, analytics, or advanced analytics
- Demonstrated success leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Strong understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, and customer needs, with the ability to apply that understanding to product decisions
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
