[Remote] Divisional Head - Sales / Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Champion Digital Real Estate is a tech-enabled leader in performance marketing, and they are seeking a Division Leader for a new vertical expansion. The role involves launching and scaling a new vertical while leveraging existing infrastructure and maintaining high ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Launch & Scale: Take the reins of a brand-new vertical (Legal, Debt, U65, or Insurance) and leverage our massive infrastructure to drive immediate revenue
- Monetize the Network: Bring a warm, established network of direct clients, buyers, and publisher partners who trust you and want to buy high-quality traffic
- Protect the Brand: Maintain Local Spark’s uncompromising standard of ethics. You’ll ensure all lead generation practices within your division are high-integrity and 100% compliant
Skills
- Deep, proven experience in digital lead generation/pay-per-call within at least one of our target verticals (U65 Health, Debt Relief, Legal, or Insurance)
- Possess a deep rolodex of direct buyers, agencies, and traffic partners that you can activate on Day 1
- Thrive in a hyper-growth environment
- Possess a relentless drive to win, but never cut corners to do it
