[Remote] Director, Infrastructure & Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Largeton Group is seeking a Director of Infrastructure & Operations to oversee the operational backbone of IT. This role involves managing IT operations, ensuring service delivery, and leading infrastructure modernization while maintaining operational stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Own Service Desk and end-user support operations, driving performance and improving service levels and user experience
• Manage day-to-day IT operations: systems administration, network operations, cloud infrastructure, identity/endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and telephony
• Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, network upgrades, and operational tooling improvements
• Oversee operational cybersecurity execution: endpoint security, monitoring, access management, vulnerability remediation, and incident response
• Lead a cross-functional team and manage vendors, MSPs, and operational partners to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery
• Establish and improve operational metrics, reporting, governance, and process maturity
• Build trusted relationships with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and strategic partners

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, operations, end-user services, or operational technology leadership
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in operational, support, or infrastructure functions
• Experience managing distributed, multi-site operational environments
• Strong operational cybersecurity and risk management expertise
• Proven track record in infrastructure/operational modernization and vendor management
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
• Ability to thrive in a scaling, growth-oriented environment
