[Remote] Account Manager (Industrial)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hitachi Digital Services is a global digital solutions and transformation business. They are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Account Manager to manage accounts, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction in the Industrial, Consumer Goods, and Retail sectors.
Responsibilities
- Managing accounts
- Driving incremental sales growth
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in the Account Management in US
- Should have handled US $10M+ annual revenue accounts
- Experience in working in the mid-to-large enterprises
- Significant understanding and articulation capability of IT Technologies/Services from infra to apps to AI
- Strong Communication Skills
- Solid track record of success, supported by strong references
- Experience with Manufacturing/Consumer Goods/Retail sectors would be preferred
- Experience with GSIs as an Account Manager, CP is preferred
