Dice is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of digital experiences supporting Lounge Services within a premium travel ecosystem. The ideal candidate will manage web and mobile digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions using Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the Lounge Services digital product roadmap
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Content, Analytics, and Operations teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and feature delivery
- Define product success metrics and KPIs to measure feature performance
- Analyze customer feedback and product analytics to identify enhancement opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure successful product releases
- Support testing, launch planning, and post-release validation
Skills
- 5 7 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Manager, or Product Owner
- Strong experience managing digital web and mobile products
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining product backlogs
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
- Strong understanding of APIs, web technologies, and mobile application development
- Experience with analytics platforms and KPI-driven product decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Lounge Services, Airport Lounge operations, Travel, Hospitality, Airline, or Loyalty programs
- Experience with enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of digital customer experience and customer journey mapping
- Experience working with internal tools and backend services
- Experience in large enterprise or matrix organizations
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven product optimization
