[Remote] Digital Product Manager

They are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to support strategic initiatives that enhance partner integrations and onboarding, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across their global partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives that accelerate our roadmap for partner integrations and onboarding
- Define and support the delivery and lifecycle management of your product, ensuring every effort is tied to measurable business outcomes
- Serve as a critical bridge between operations, customer experience, partner management, and technology
- Work closely with subject matter experts across the business to deeply understand integration challenges, validate assumptions through product discovery, and translate insights into actionable priorities
- Support and contribute to the strategic product vision, roadmap, and backlog to maximize enterprise and customer value
- Partner with engineering and global product teams to drive solution design and reimagine the end-to-end partner integration experience
- Define desired key results, enable teams to deliver best-in-class partner, customer, and customer service agent experiences, and directly influence overall business success through scalable, outcome-based delivery
- Shape the future of partner integration capabilities, enabling faster onboarding and seamless connectivity across a global ecosystem
- Contribute to high-impact initiatives with visibility across the organization and influence strategic priorities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product vision with enterprise goals, partner needs, and customer outcomes
- Play a pivotal role in transforming complex integration processes into seamless, intuitive experiences for partners, customers, and agents
Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager within a technology development environment
- Experience driving measurable business or product outcomes and delivering through iterative, incremental approaches
- BA/BS Degree
- Candidate must be located in EST
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, or partner onboarding workflows
- Knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI)
- Previous Scrum Master or Project Management experience
