[Remote] Data Analyst Ops
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paylocity is an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions. The Data Analyst Ops will design, develop, and validate reports and metrics to measure business performance across Operations, analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, and present recommendations for process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop reports and databases utilized throughout Operations
- Build requested reports within various systems or with data from system extracts to provide to Operations leadership for analysis
- Support project teams with data collection requests and changes to existing reports and dashboards
- Identify and implement process and system improvements through an understanding of data flows and leveraging technology solutions
- Reconcile and ensure consistency of data from various sources and assist in driving the automation of reports and analytics
- Work with the team to develop and maintain recurring data analysis
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Experience working with Power BI and other relational databases
- Experience working in CRM & Project Management tools such as Salesforce, Oracle, Monday.com, Netsuite, Zendesk
- Experience with SQL, and statistical packages (R, SAS, Ste)
- Strong MS Office skills, especially with Excel, specifically being able to import data and use pivot tables
- Understanding of report writing required
