[Remote] Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brookhouse Aerospace Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the development of business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision making. The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights, building dashboards, and improving data processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple systems (HR, finance, operations, Epicor MRP)
- Write and maintain code for data extraction, transformation, and automation
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and KPIs
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Support the implementation of new data systems or tools
- Provide training and guidance to users on dashboards and reporting tools
Skills
- Strong coding skills
- Experience with data visualisation tools
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building data pipelines or ETL processes
- Knowledge of databases and data warehousing concepts
- Understanding of data governance and GDPR principles
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
