Manage project timelines, priorities, and creative resources to ensure on-time delivery. Coach and mentor designers, video editors, and creative specialists to consistently produce exceptional work. Review creative assets for quality, brand consistency, and platform requirements before delivery. Partner with clients and internal teams to turn business goals into effective creative solutions. Identify production bottlenecks and improve workflows, SOPs, and quality assurance processes. Drive continuous improvement through better systems, reporting, and creative operations.
What We're Looking For
