About the Role
Plant Administration manages various aspects of employee lifecycle, DL-DVO recruitment, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment. Handle tasks like onboarding, employee relations, and assist with employee related policy implementation and compliance as well as completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations. The goal is to ensure the operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
What You Will Do
Provide recruitment support for Operator and Technician positions. Manage new hire documentation and maintain accurate records for new employees. Prepare onboarding related documents. Manage and coordinate the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation tracking, and offboarding processes. Maintain the operations organization’s employee database. Support organizes training & development initiatives for employees. Plan and organize employee engagement activities (e.g., annual events and seasonal or festival activities). Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Promote and implement employee programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Provide basic support in handling employee concerns. Investigate employee complaints and support initiatives regarding to administration. Gather and analyze employee data and metrics (e.g., employee complain, engagement scores). Ensure full compliance with customer specific requirements by integrating customer quality standards into daily operations to consistently meet and support customer objectives. Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements by implementing and adhering to established policies, procedures, and objectives to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. What You Need to Be Successful Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or relevant field 1–3 years of related admin experience in Automotive / Electronics Industry. Proficient in English international communication is a must. Understanding of factory working environment. Bonus Points if You Have Proven experience from working with people in manufacturing environment.
