[Remote] Copilot / AI Solution Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Boyer & Associates is seeking a Copilot / AI Solution Consultant to support the design, configuration, and delivery of solutions within the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with delivery teams and clients to implement scalable solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of solutions leveraging Microsoft Business Applications and Copilot capabilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions
- Assist in defining data models, integrations, and system configurations
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business needs
- Participate in solution discussions and support demonstrations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Configure and implement solutions within the Microsoft Business Application ecosystem
- Develop workflows, automations, and Copilot-enabled capabilities
- Support integrations with external systems and APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation
- Follow established development standards, governance, and delivery processes
- Participate in solution reviews and validation activities
- Ensure consistency and quality across implementations
- Assist with data migration planning, execution, and validation
- Support integration setup and troubleshooting with third-party systems
- Stay current on Microsoft Copilot and Business Applications advancements
- Identify opportunities to improve solutions and delivery efficiency
- Maintain solution documentation including configurations and workflows
- Support internal knowledge sharing and contribute to team enablement
- Follow Boyer’s Project Methodology – Boyer 360 Framework
- Contribute to client delivery with utilization expectations (36 hours/week billable)
Skills
- 3–6 years of experience with Microsoft Business Applications
- Experience configuring and implementing solutions in a client-facing environment
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Exposure to Copilot, automation, or AI tools preferred
