[Remote] Co-Founder & Head of Sales, Growth (Equity)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rationale Labs is focused on improving healthcare experience through their platform Navora, which enhances communication for hospital visitors and caregivers. The Co-Founder & Head of Sales, Growth will lead the sales strategy, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with teams to drive growth and adoption of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market, distribution, and outbound sales loops
- Build, navigate, and scale our pipeline from scratch
- Lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting health systems and hospital networks, conducting discovery calls and demos, and negotiating and closing contracts with key decision-makers
- Design and execute growth initiatives, develop go-to-market plans, and collaborate closely with product and operations teams to refine offerings based on customer feedback and market trends
- Build and manage a high-impact sales pipeline, define sales processes and metrics, and establish strategic partnerships that accelerate adoption of Navora AI
- Contribute to overall company strategy, fundraising efforts, and long-term vision
Skills
- Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, consultative selling, and closing complex B2B deals
- Proficient Marketing capabilities, with experience in growth strategies, go-to-market planning, and demand generation in healthcare or SaaS contexts
- Excellent Communication skills, including stakeholder management, executive-level presentations, and cross-functional collaboration
- Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting market data, optimizing sales funnels, and making data-informed strategic decisions
- Solid Research abilities to understand healthcare industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in early-stage startups, with the ability to build and mentor a sales or growth team
- Proven track record selling into hospitals, health systems, or enterprise clients; familiarity with healthcare operations is highly beneficial
- Comfort with remote work, entrepreneurial autonomy, and fast-paced environments; willingness to contribute as a founding team member
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
