[Remote] Clinical Sales Executive - Pediatric
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Woddle Baby, Inc.™ is transforming how hospitals monitor and care for newborns with an AI-powered smart changing pad. The Clinical Sales Executive will drive new partnerships with health systems and pediatric practices, engaging with key clinical stakeholders to implement Woddle's Remote Patient Monitoring program.
Responsibilities
- Drive new hospital and health system partnerships, with a focus on NICUs, pediatric programs, and home health transitions
- Build relationships with NICU Medical Directors, Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, VP Nursing, and hospital administrators simultaneously
- Manage a robust pipeline of active opportunities from initial outreach through contract execution and RPM billing activation
- Guide health system partners through Value Analysis Committee (VAC), supply chain, and legal/compliance processes
- Partner closely with Clinical Success Managers and Product to ensure seamless onboarding and high retention of new accounts
- Represent Woddle at AAP, PAS, and regional pediatric nursing conferences
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular pipeline updates to the VP of Clinical Sales
Skills
- 5+ years of field sales experience selling into hospitals or health systems, ideally in NICU, pediatric, home monitoring, or RPM
- Strong relationships at children's hospitals, academic medical centers, or pediatric specialty programs in your region
- Proven ability to engage clinical champions (nurses, NPs, physicians) and administrative decision-makers in the same sales cycle
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment — you create your own momentum and find a way to yes
- 5+ years of clinical or medtech field sales experience
- Demonstrated quota attainment in a complex, multi-stakeholder health system sales environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
- Willingness to travel 40–50%
- Bachelor's degree required
- Familiarity with RPM billing, CPT codes, or DME coverage models is a strong plus
- Clinical background or RN/NNP credentials a significant plus
