[Remote] Client Success/Account Manager

They are seeking a Client Success/Account Manager to ensure smooth communication and project delivery while building strong client relationships and managing expectations.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients
- Build strong relationships and become someone clients trust
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and project teams to keep projects on track
- Understand technical discussions well enough to translate them into simple business language for clients
- Draft professional emails, meeting summaries, proposals, and client updates
- Lead client calls, set expectations, and keep everyone aligned
- Handle escalations confidently and work towards practical resolutions
- Manage scope discussions, timelines, and priorities with both clients and internal teams
- Identify risks early and help resolve them before they impact delivery
- Look for opportunities to grow existing accounts through strong client relationships
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, or Project Coordination within an IT services or software company
- A good understanding of software development, including web applications, mobile apps, APIs, cloud services, AL/ML and the software development lifecycle
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills
- Strong verbal communication and confidence when speaking with clients
- Experience handling client escalations and managing difficult conversations professionally
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Someone who can explain technical concepts in a way that non-technical clients understand
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts at the same time
- Goa-based preferred
