[Remote] Business Development Manager

Smirthwaite USA is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth across the Western United States. In this high-impact, field-based role, you will drive new business opportunities, strengthen existing partner relationships, and expand brand awareness across key clinical and dealer networks.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities
- Strengthen existing partner relationships
- Expand brand awareness across key clinical and dealer networks
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, field visits, trade shows, and inbound leads
- Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities into revenue-generating accounts
- Promote and demonstrate product value to clinicians, dealers, and end users
- Upsell within existing accounts and grow territory revenue
- Develop strong partnerships with key customers, clinicians, and dealers
- Deliver a responsive, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints
- Act as a trusted advisor on solutions and product benefits
- Create and execute 90-day, 6-month, and annual business plans
- Regularly review performance and adjust strategies
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance
- Increase awareness of Smirthwaite products across your territory
- Support product demos, training sessions, and industry events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Maintain accurate, daily CRM updates on pipeline and customer interactions
- Track activity levels, opportunities, and next steps
- Ensure forecasting accuracy and reporting compliance
