[Remote] Affluent Personal Lines, Account Executive (N.East-hybrid)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wealthspire is a recognized organization in Business Insurance, dedicated to providing custom solutions for significant risk and wealth management challenges. The Affluent Personal Lines Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives, prepare applications and marketing strategies, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, and clients through regular contact and client visits
- Keep clients apprised of appropriate industry trends and events, including all state and federal regulatory issues
- Negotiates terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and wholesalers
- Works with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients
- Responsible for accurate information such as updated exposures, driver information, reporting forms, signed endorsements and miscellaneous information to avoid any E&O claims
- Maintains a diary (follow-up system) to ensure policies, endorsements and other information is received to comply with requests
- May direct the daily job activities of the Coordinators and Account Managers

Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent is required with additional training or education
- Typically, more than 7 years of industry and product line experience which includes servicing
- Personal Lines/PCG coverage experience required
- Familiarity with major markets, such as AIG, Chubb/ACE, Cincinnati, Berkley One and PURE
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- CRM experience required
- Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire
- Excellent written communication skills – writes clearly; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numeric data effectively; able to read and interpret written information
- Be a self-starter and Self-confident to make sound independent decisions
- Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people/personalities
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Possess technical expertise plus good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle situations in a calm, courteous and professional manner
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines while applying a sharp attention to detail, decision-making and problem resolution
- Ability to meet/travel with clients and prospects when required (minimal regional travel expected with obtained approval for expense coverage)
- During first weeks of hire, you should be able to work from our Plainview or Warrington office for training
- Able to work overtime as necessary
- BA/BS preferred
- CIC, CPCU or other P&C designation preferred
- EPIC experience is highly desired
