[Remote] Financial Administrator & Reporting Specialist (REMOTE)

Support Tech LLC is a rapidly growing nationwide field service company providing essential technical infrastructure and support services. They are seeking a Financial Administrator who can manage internal finances, automate workflows, and create high-level dashboards to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the integrity of our books, the automation of our workflows, and the creation of high-level dashboards that help us navigate our nationwide growth
• Zoho Books Expertise: You know how to manage the general ledger, reconciliations, and automated workflows within Zoho
• Google Sheets Mastery: You can build complex, automated financial models and dashboards (QUERY, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Bookkeeping Principles: A rock-solid understanding of GAAP, accrual accounting, and financial reporting
• Professionalism: Since this is a remote role, you must be a self-starter with a professional, high-functioning home office setup

Skills

• Zoho Books Expertise: You know how to manage the general ledger, reconciliations, and automated workflows within Zoho
