Profile Requirements: CPA controller-level level skill preferred 5+ years in accounting/finance roles US Business business experience required Strong understanding of GAAP principles (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles This is the standardized set of accounting rules companies in the U.S. follow to record, report, and present financial data consistently and transparently.) Advanced experience with QuickBooks Online Proven experience in financial analysis and business performance reporting Experience managing credit card–only revenue environments preferred Expert level Excel (modeling, forecasting, tracking) Core Competencies High attention to detail with zero-error mindset Strong business acumen (not just accounting execution) Ability to identify issues and solve them proactively Clear communicator — able to explain financials in plain language Systems thinker — builds processes, not just tasks Core responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management Own full-cycle accounting (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end close) Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage cash flow forecasting and financial planning Controller-Level Oversight Develop and enforce financial controls and processes Monitor business performance, margins, and cost structure Identify risks, inefficiencies, and financial leakage Support leadership with budgeting and forecasting Data & Analytics Analyze financial and operational data to drive decision-making Build and maintain financial dashboards and reports Track KPIs (revenue, CAC, margins, operating costs, etc.) Provide clear insights, not just reports Banking & Payments Manage all banking relationships and reconciliations Oversee credit card transaction flows (no cash environment) Ensure proper payment processing, tracking, and reporting Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
