[Remote] Account Manager, Senior (Process industry)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling Infor products by nurturing and developing sales opportunities, achieving both company and personal quotas.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with existing clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs
- Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the value, competitive advantages, resources and processes to clients
- Generate pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent annual quota achievement
- Challenge your clients and prospects to think differently by developing compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis
- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans. Establish, document, and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
Skills
- Experience selling technology business solutions
- Experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships across an organization
- Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Experience developing business relationships with extended team members to drive sales
- Previous success in achieving or exceeding assigned quotas
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience working cross functionally in a matrix-management environment with extended team members
- Previous experience within the SI partner community
