[Remote] Senior Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Baptist Health is the largest healthcare system serving central Alabama, providing comprehensive hospital-based and outpatient services to nearly 60 percent of the residents in Montgomery, Autauga and Elmore counties. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex and high-visibility projects across the organization, including detailed project planning and cross-functional team leadership.
Responsibilities

- Ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to quality expectations
- Engage stakeholders at all levels
- Monitor project performance metrics

- May have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6-8 years' experience in a similar or related role
- Expert understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, monitoring to include principles related to scope, budget, and resource management
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and guidance
- Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency in project management software and excellent computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Commitment to staying current with the latest project management trends, technologies, and methodologies
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects' activities concurrently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs
- Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in a field of study relevant to the current position
- Two or more current, industry standard certifications for information technology or project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP)
