[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rockstar is a healthcare-focused company that’s making it easier for anyone to start and scale new healthcare businesses. The Account Executive will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to manage relationships with large enterprise clients and support them as they scale.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with large enterprise clients (often founders of fast-growing startups)
- Guide clients through launching and scaling successfully
- Shape partnership terms (scope, pricing, timelines)
- Close deals efficiently by resolving concerns and ensuring seamless onboarding
- Maintain client satisfaction through regular touchpoints and support
- Lead with drive, grit, empathy, and high-velocity execution
- Own cross-functional projects that are leadership priorities
- Build/refine systems to boost GTM productivity and prepare for 10x growth
Skills
- 2–5+ years experience in sales/GTM or related roles
- Operational excellence: consistently high output
- Leadership: ability to inspire and attract top talent
- Detail orientation: strong track record of accuracy
- Initiative: resourceful and proactive in ambiguity
- Passion for healthcare innovation
- Drive for self-improvement (as Kobe said it best)
