[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Osa Commerce is hiring an Account Executive to help drive their next wave of growth. The role involves building and closing sales pipelines, selling SaaS and logistics AI solutions, and collaborating with various teams to scale the company.
Responsibilities
- Build and close pipeline across 3PLs, brands, retailers, and warehouse operators
- Sell into SMB, large account, and enterprise opportunities
- Run full-cycle SaaS sales from prospecting through close
- Lead discovery with operations, supply chain, ecommerce, IT, finance, and executive buyers
- Build account plans, forecasts, close plans, and deal strategies
- Position Osa against legacy systems, point solutions, and competitors
- Translate fulfillment, inventory, returns, and workflow pain into clear business value
- Travel for customer meetings, partner meetings, trade shows, and events
- Share market and product feedback with leadership
- Hit quarterly and annual sales targets
Skills
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience
- Experience selling into ecommerce, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or 3PL markets
- Proven quota performance, preferably $1M+ annually
- Working knowledge of WMS, OMS, ERP, TMS, ecommerce, inventory, returns, or carrier workflows
- Ability to sell to operators, technical buyers, and executives
- Strong discovery, communication, forecasting, and deal execution skills
- High urgency, ownership, and follow-through
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving growth environment
- Willingness to travel
- Experience selling AI, automation, orchestration, integration, or workflow platforms
- Existing 3PL, brand, retail, or fulfillment relationships
- Mid-market and enterprise sales experience
- Prior sales methodology training
- Ability to tie operational pain to measurable business outcomes
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
