[Remote] 2026 Marketing Leadership Development Program (Cleveland, OH)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sherwin-Williams is seeking motivated individuals to join their Marketing Leadership Development Program. This program is designed to develop key marketing and sales skills through rotations in various marketing disciplines, ultimately leading to a position within the Performance Coatings Group.
Responsibilities
- The Marketing Leadership Development Program is an 8-12-month program designed to develop key skills and experience that will lead to a Marketing/Sales position in our Performance Coatings Group, supporting one of our technical divisions
- Become affluent in various marketing disciplines to promote business growth and customer reach
- Build knowledge and understanding of Sherwin-Williams marketing process, business operations, paint products, market segments, customers, and go-to-market strategy
- Excel at communications and digital marketing to promote product success in our markets
- Professional networking opportunities to build cross-functional partnerships
- Following completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to apply for a post-program promotion on the Marketing/Sales track, including but not limited to Marketing Specialist, Product Analyst, Communications Specialist, Sales Representative
Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program in June
- GPA of 2.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Previous experience in marketing, sales and/or customer service obtained through real work experience or internships
- Must be open to relocation based on business need for this position, and again for post program position and promotional opportunities
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- Must have at least (1) year of work experience using Microsoft Office Products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and/or Outlook)
- Must be willing to travel as required for this position
- Have a bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or Marketing
- Have at least one (1) year of prior work experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Retail, Operations, or Management
- Have prior experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc
