Property Management Assistant
This is a remote position. Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Data Entry Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a property management company. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, tracking maintenance requests, updating tenant and lease information, and providing general administrative support.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain tenant, property, and lease information accurately Post rent charges and update payment records Track maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding items Update work orders and maintenance statuses in the system Maintain organized property management records and documentation Assist with tenant communications regarding maintenance requests and account updates Generate basic reports and update spreadsheets as needed Provide administrative and back-office support to the property management team Ensure accuracy and consistency across all property management systems Ensure all bank transactions are accurately recorded and properly reflected on Profit & Loss reports and owner statements Platforms & Tools Used Rent Manager Google Sheets Google Workspace Microsoft Office Ideal Candidate Previous data entry, administrative, or property management support experience Experience with Rent Manager is strongly preferred Comfortable working with Google Sheets and spreadsheets Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage recurring administrative responsibilities Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Professional remote work environment with reliable internet access
