Creative Director / Merch & POD Manager
Looking for a creative director / merch manager type to help organize, refine, and publish apparel concepts for a patriotic brand / media project. I need someone with strong taste, attention to detail, and the ability to actually get things done properly — not just make mockups.
Responsibilities
Organize all current shirt / merch concepts Refine designs and help develop new shirt ideas, collections, and product opportunities Upload designs correctly to print-on-demand platforms Make sure listings, mockups, variants, sizing, files, and product pages are all set up properly Keep everything organized so nothing gets lost or published incorrectly Help ensure the merch side is running smoothly and reliably Ideal person Strong eye for fashion / streetwear / patriotic merch Understands typography, layout, and what people would actually want to wear Experience with print-on-demand platforms and apparel setup Organized, responsive, dependable, and proactive Bonus if you understand brand building, creative direction, and spotting new merch opportunities To apply Send: Examples of merch / apparel / creative work you’ve done Any POD / apparel setup experience Why you’d be a good fit Your Instagram / portfolio / relevant links Looking for someone sharp, tasteful, organized, and reliable who can help bring ideas to life and keep everything moving.
