Process Transformation Consultant
Job Description:
- This position will play a critical role in supporting the broader team in executing the client transform their business with digital transformation efforts.
- Develop new automation capabilities, processes, and procedures for enhancing the security effectiveness and operational efficiency of DHS’s mission-based capabilities through enhanced detection, automation, integration, and connection.
- This position will assist in strategic program support in terms of process automation, data analytics and change management.
- The position will work within teams to bring transformation tools and improvements, primarily using MS Power Platform.
Requirements:
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"
- Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- FOUR (4) or more years' experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement
- Three (3) years or more years' Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate)
- Active DHS Public Trust or higher clearance (What Would Be Nice To Have)
- Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies
- Advanced Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate)
- Tableau or BI software experience
- R or Python software experience
