Responsibilities

Process and manage employee payroll accurately and on schedule. Prepare and send billing invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions and billing details. Reconcile payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to prepare for audits and financial reporting. Respond promptly to employee inquiries about payroll and billing issues. Update and maintain payroll software and billing systems.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or Payroll Specialist. Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and relevant legal requirements. Familiarity with payroll software and billing systems. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
