Job Summary: We are hiring freshers and experienced candidates for an International blended Process role with a leading MNC based in Kolkata. This is a Work from Home opportunity. The role involves handling inbound outbound calls/chat engaging with international customers, resolving queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with international customers via calls/chats/emails Provide accurate information and resolve queries professionally Promote products, services, and special offers Deliver exceptional customer experience while meeting targets Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts and night shift
Requirements
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate fresher and experience both can apply.
