[Remote] Federal Project Manager- (Salesforce Federal Delivery)

The Project Manager plays a key leadership role in managing project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce Federal project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget Serve as the primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment Oversee Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and risk mitigation activities Track project performance metrics and provide regular reporting to Federal clients and internal leadership Ensure project documentation and deliverables comply with Federal standards, including security and reporting requirements Collaborate with architects, developers, BAs, and QA resources to ensure project success Proactively escalate risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies Skills 5+ years of IT project management experience (preferably Salesforce) Experience managing projects in cleared Federal environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments US Citizenship and willingness to obtain clearance(s) Bachelor's degree required PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred Benefits Comprehensive Benefits with Sequoia – Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employer-Paid Life/Disability Insurance to keep you and your loved ones covered.
