Manual QA Engineer - Middle
Overview: SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Middle QA Engineer. We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values. Purpose of the role: We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer who will be responsible for testing new features and existing functionality, performing regression testing, identifying and documenting defects, and helping maintain a high level of product quality. Key responsibilities: Test new features and updates for existing functionality Perform functional and non-functional testing Conduct regression testing Create and maintain test documentation, including checklists, test cases, bug reports, etc. Analyze automation test reports and help investigate failures Collaborate with other teams to ensure product quality Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Manual QA Engineer, mainly in web-based projects Knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies Understanding of modern web application architecture and workflows Experience in UI testing based on Figma mockups and troubleshooting using browser DevTools Experience with cross-browser and responsive testing Experience creating and maintaining test documentation, such as checklists and test cases English level: Intermediate+ Proficiency in Russian, both written and spoken Nice to have: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Experience working with Git Basic knowledge of AI tools Knowledge of SEO basics Our Benefits: Private health insurance Sports benefits Comprehensive Mental Health Program Free English lessons (online) Local language courses Paid time off Maternity leave support Referral program rewards Upskilling, internal workshops, and participation in professional conferences and corporate events
