Home Care Intake Coordinator (Direct Sales Position Experience Required)
We are a non-medical home care agency with locations in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Georgia, New Jersey, Indiana, New York, Michigan and Ohio. This position will require to speak with potential clients/caregivers to explain the Medicaid programs through which the client can obtain a home care caregiver. Candidate will be required to sign up clients that are eligible for services to be referred to care management. Continuous follow up will be required until client has been onboarded with us. Those with a direct sales is preferred. Those with a healthcare in sales a major plus. Need to be able to interact with potential clients and accurately explain our offerings to clients. MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN SALES TO BE CONSIDERED!! PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT SALES (REAL ESTATE, COMMISSION BASED SALES, ETC IS STRONGLY CONSIDERED). Knowledge of Medicaid home care programs is a plus. You will not be responsible to gather referrals, they will be provided to you. Previous experience is a plus! Base salary with quarterly bonuses to reach up to $90,000 yearly!
