What You'll Do
- Review career-related questions submitted by graphic designers and visual creatives at different career stages
- Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within the design field
- Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice for creative professionals
- Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
- Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Brand Designer, or similar creative role
- Strong understanding of creative career development, portfolio building, and design hiring practices in the New York market and beyond
- Experience providing design feedback, mentoring junior creatives, or leading design reviews
- Excellent written communication skills — you can explain complex creative concepts clearly
- Ability to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice grounded in real industry experience
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- A strong design portfolio spanning brand, digital, or print work
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or related tools
- Agency or in-house design experience across multiple sectors
- Art direction, creative leadership, or team management experience
- Familiarity with the New York creative industry and its hiring landscape
